Gregory A. Heaton
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE

After earning his degree in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University in 1984 Greg began his financial career at John Deere in 1985. He specialized in wealth accumulation, business continuation, and legacy planning. Having been a member of state-champion football teams and basketball teams, Greg knows the powerful connection of coaching and performance. Greg is passionate about arming investors with the truth so they can make educated choices about their future. Greg is an active member of the Geneseo Kiwanis Club. Greg also enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and taking classes.


Justin M. Heaton
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE

Justin joined the team in 2011 after graduating from St. Ambrose University in 2010 with a double major in Business Management & Marketing with minors in Organizational Leadership & Philosophy while also competing in Track and Field. As an athlete, he knows the commitment, discipline, and coaching required to be successful in investing and in life. Justin’s hobbies include yoga, swimming, beekeeping, and playing guitar.


Curtis J. Ford
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, ATTORNEY

Curt is a founding owner of Wisdom Financial Services as well as a partner of the law firm Nash Nash Bean & Ford, LLP. Curt’s law practice focuses on Estate Planning, Elder Law issues, and Real Estate. He is passionate about helping clients discover an academic alternative to traditional investing methods. Curt is active in the local community with positions previously held on the Geneseo Good Samaritan Advisory Board, the Greater Iowa Alzheimer’s Association, and Geneseo School Facility Enhancement Foundation. In his leisure time, Curt enjoys playing golf, and spending time with his family.


Benjamin T. Young
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, ATTORNEY

Ben joined Wisdom Financial Services in April of 2016 after practicing law as an associate at Nash Nash Bean & Ford, LLP for three years. Ben understands that many people carry a burden of worry and doubt when it comes to their financial future, and believes no one should have to worry day to day whether or not they are going to be able to support themselves in retirement after they have worked their entire lives to do so. In his free time Ben enjoys watching hockey with his wife Abby, reading a good book, and going for walks with his dog, Bailey.


Jeffrey D. Amman
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE

Jeff joined Wisdom Financial as a Coach in August of 2023 after working in the Mortgage Industry for over 15 years. While Jeff helped families navigate through the home buying process, he saw a deeper need to pay closer attention to their financial future. Jeff is passionate about guiding families to see the importance and choosing what they want most over what they want now. Being a former St. Ambrose graduate, where Jeff played Basketball, he knows the importance of having a coach through the ups and downs of life. Jeff and his wife Kelsey are blessed with two beautiful daughters who keep them busy.


James H. Nash
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, ATTORNEY

James is an of Counsel Attorney at Nash Nash Bean & Ford, LLP, as well as a founding member of Wisdom Financial Services. Jim has an extensive background in estate planning, estate administration, business, and financial planning. He desires the financial planning process to be understood by the whole family. In his spare time, Jim can be found spending time with his grandchildren or on the golf course.


Robert N. Nash
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, ATTORNEY

In addition to being a founding owner of Wisdom Financial Services, Robert is an of Counsel Attorney at the law firm Nash Nash Bean & Ford, LLP. Robert has an extensive background in financial and tax planning, including estate, gift and income taxes, trust and probate administration, and business succession planning. Mr. Nash helps clients find peace of mind in investing and managing their personal finances. Robert is an active member of his church as well as a member of the Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. He also has a passion for reading, aviation, and spending time with his family.


Michael A. Wiegand
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

Michael is a CPA based out of Galesburg, IL, and has been a part-owner of Wisdom Financial Services since 2014. After seeing many of his tax clients struggle with wealth accumulation and investment planning, Mike knew he needed to find a way to combine his tax planning expertise alongside a trusted investment planning firm. Together with the help of Wisdom Financial Services, Mike offers investment peace of mind through an academically proven philosophy and method, and has led his clients on the path to success. Michael specializes in tax planning and educational presentation. Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his family.


John W. Bean
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, ATTORNEY

As a founding owner of Wisdom Financial and an of Counsel Attorney at Nash Nash Bean & Ford, LLP, John has an extensive background in Estate, Business and Tax Planning as well as Real Estate and Elder Law matters. He feels it is important to provide clients with Estate and Financial Planning that coordinates their financial objectives with their estate planning needs and goals. John’s hobbies include playing the trumpet, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is also active in his church, serving on the Finance Committee, House Payments Committee, and Diocesan Annual Stewardship Appeals.


Scott T. Moorhead
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE, CPA

Scott is a CPA and Partner with the public accounting firm Moorhead Patterson & Company, P.C. in Davenport, Iowa.  He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance in 2000, and from Baker University with a Master’s of Business Administration in 2004. Scott became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008.  Through his CPA business, Scott has seen investment advisors speculate and gamble with their client’s money, and the detrimental effect it has on their financial future.  He wanted to be able to share with his income tax and business clients a reliable, academically proven, investment strategy that would get them on the right track to meeting their financial goals.  Scott joined Wisdom Financial as a coach in 2017.  In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, golfing, and watching the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Cubs.
